- Choose your instrument and fill in required information boxes
- To fill out the signature window:
o Type your name
o To sign your name with your finger, click the “draw” button
- For credit card section there are two boxes to enter the number.
o The 1st box is for the first 11 #s (Amex) or first 12 #s (Visa/MC) of the credit card
o The 2nd box is only for the last 4 numbers.
- Credit card will not be billed until your form is received and processed by our store staff.
- A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you to confirm your order.
- Click HERE to open online rental form and begin.
Please note we currently will deliver to the following schools: Alexandria MS, Alpha Public, Bethlehem Township Conley & Hoppack, Branchburg Township schools, Brass Castle, Califon, Central Jersey Prep, Clinton Public, Clinton MS, Delaware Township, East Amwell, Franklin Township, Frenchtown, Holland Brook, Holland Township, Hope Township, Hopewell Township Schools, Immaculate Conception (Annandale), JP Case, Kingwood, Lambertville Public School, Lebanon Boro, Mansfield Elementary, Old Turnpike, Oxford, Readington MS, RFIS, Round Valley, Rutgers Prep, Tewksbury Elementary, Valley View, Woodglen.
Deliveries will be left with the teacher at your school. A copy of your rental contract will be included in the case with your child’s name.
